Cohort 5 — Projected Spring or Summer '22

To secure your spot in Cohort 5 (Late Summer or Fall '22) of MAPLE Fundamentals, please register below. When we hit the number of registrations needed to run a cohort, we will send this list an email announcing various possibilities for dates. Based on the group's feedback, we will then finalize exactly when the 6-week course will be held. If you want to register but are unsure if you will end up being available, you can submit a deposit and we'll give you access to the first module of the course. If you select one of the sliding scale options, we'll send you the entire self-paced course to get the practice juices flowing before the live cohort takes place.

I am willing to do a minimum of 30 minutes (seated) meditation per day and will strive to maintain the practice throughout the day.

Participation*
I am willing to attend each session of this course (unless I notify the program manager beforehand that I will cannot attend a session). I'm open to participating in whole group discussions on Sundays and peer group meetings (once-a-week outside of class) and will not "ghost" the cohort and my small group.

Self Care*
I understand that the contemplative based practices that we will utilize can be emotionally or mentally taxing and I am willing to self monitor any difficulties I may have during this course, related to the practice or not. I am willing to stop the practice and seek support if I have experiences that are disturbing. I will continue to seek support from my community and helping professionals while in this course. I understand that contemplative, relational, and psychoemotional practices are not substitutes for mental health support or psychiatric medications and I commit to maintaining and/or seeking appropriate support during and after this course.

Refund Policy*
If you are not accepted into the program then you will receive a full refund. If you are accepted and change your mind, you will receive 1) a full refund until two weeks prior to the event, 2) a 50% refund 1-2 weeks prior, and 3) and no refund less than a week to the start date. You can also transfer your acceptance to another person by giving us the name and email of the attendee taking your place
